Once you gain this clarity, I will help you to design your action plan within this framework and begin to manifest your vision based on your personal frequency. It is this place from which you are able to stand your ground gracefully, grow with guidance, and give generously – to your loved ones, your clients, and your community.

Coaching programs start at six weeks and are customizable in their format:

  • one-on-one weekly sessions for a minimum commitment of six weeks
  • remote weekly session for a minimum commitment of six weeks
  • email support
  • bonus recorded material
  • exclusive VIP half or full days
  • VIP or small group retreats for 3, 5 or 7 days.

Individual Sessions can be scheduled for the following treatments:

  • Health Evaluations including blood work – As a coach, I don’t provide diagnoses. All evaluations are for educational purpose only and are recommended to be reviewed with your physician.
  • Hypnotherapy – to win our unconscious mind as an ally to make positive changes in our lives
  • Regression Therapy – guided hypnotic trances leading back into childhood to resolve traumatic memories, or to go back into a former life
  • Biomat Far Infrared Therapy
  • Tibetan Meditation and Energy Work – to help release anxiety and overcome depression and trauma
  • Yoga Nidra – to assist with spiritual growth, deep relaxation, and help overcome PTSD
